For added mobility in extreme environments, the FW950 provides an excellent mobile computing platform that can survive the elements just like the eXtremeTAG.  The FW950’s IP 67 rating and modular design allow it to complement any system with the capability to read eXtremeTAGs, bar codes,  print results or wirelessly transfer data either via 3G, Wifi or Bluetooth.

Based on the popular Windows® CE 5.0 and high performance Intel XScale® architecture, the FW950 offers the use of standard based software and hardware components combined with simplified custom application development.

Options include UHF and LF RFID, 3G/GPRS/GSM cellular technologies, GPS, imaging and 1D/2D bar code scanning, Thermal Integrated printer (3 inch), Dual battery 2400 mAh (4800mAh).
